Thomas was a live wire. I only knew him through professional services, but that was a lot. Briefly, in 2002 I quickly learned Thomas needed me. He was a challenge and a pleasure all together. I saw great potential in him, and I’m only sorry I didn’t have more time with him. Three years, gone, always remembered. 
Thomas had the very best parents, and to them, I’m eternally sorry for your loss.

I had known Thomas since I was in the 8th grade. Thomas is the father of my child Kharlee Ray.  She reminds me so much of him. I will always tell her how much fun he was. He was very kind hearted and passionate. As we used to say, I'll miss you 3000. 

We wanted to send our deepest condolences to Mrs. Hankins and family! Froto was a great friend and just a great person in general! There will never be another one like him that’s for sure! No matter what I never seen him in a bad mood, he was always smiling and cutting up he always seemed to know exactly what to say and do to lift someone up when they were down! He will forever be missed by us and he will most certainly never be forgotten by us and by the many peoples lives he touched! Heaven gained a good one! I never told you but I love you Froto and you will forever be my friend, I hope to see you again someday! 

I met Froto over 2 yrs ago and I can say you could have met a more gentle soul! He talked to me like he had known me for years and I will miss him. Fly high angel baby cause your wings may have been ready but our hearts were not!

Thomas is, was, and always will be my soul mate/my whole world. When he passed, he took my heart with him; because it's forever his. You will be missed so very dearly, my love. Rest easy, baby. I never stopped loving you!

I will never forget this first time I meet Froto I was hanging out with Bobby Cobble was hanging out and he came up to my cell please to hang out with Bobby we had a blast that night. You will be missed dearly Thomas Hankins.

I did not know Thomas that well he dated my niece Katrina and they have a daughter together but the one. Thing I do remember about him is when Katrina was at the hospital having Hayden he Was with her the whole time I seen him looking in the window at Hayden and he had a smile on his.  Face Betty I’m sorry. For your loss Thomas was a good kid now he is in heaven and has peace and in no more pain I’ll be praying for the family

Thomas "Frodo" was an amazing guy.  He was always kind and generous and always thought about the other person.  He was an equally amazing friend and will be sadly missed.  He always left a lasting impression on those he was around and thoroughly enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. I'm so thankful I was someone he called friend.
