Tonya Carter, 59, of Greeneville, passed away Monday, March 5, 2018, at Takoma Regional Hospital.

She was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church.

Survivors include her mother: Kathyrn Carter; brothers and sisters-in-law: Mike and Angie Carter, Phil and Fran Carter, Billy Joe Carter; a sister and brother-in-law: Ruth and Wayne Lamb; sister-in-law: Ann Carter; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Joe Carter, and a brother, Ronnie Carter.

The family will receive friends 11 am – 12 pm Wednesday preceding the funeral service at 12 noon at

Notre Dame Catholic Church. Father Dan Whitman will officiate.

Interment will follow at Chuckey United Methodist Community Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
