

He retired from United Telephone Company and the Greeneville Police Department. He also served as a deputy with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, was a former Chief of Police for the town of Tusculum, and was a former member of Nolichuckey Valley Volunteer Fire Department. He was owner and operator of 107 Small Engine Shop and was a lifetime farmer on the family farm.
Mr. Estepp was a member of Horse Creek Church of God.
He was a member of the Greene County Antique Farm and Auto Show and Moose Lodge #692.
Survivors include his wife: Glenna Estepp; mother: Arlie Alaxes Estepp; three sons and two daughters-in-law: Allen and Bonnie Estepp of Scottsdale, Arizona, Glenn and Nina Johnson of Midway, and Chris Estepp of Afton; two daughters and a son-in-law: Ellen Kiker of Alpharetta, Georgia and Vanessa and Wayne Pritchard of Elizabethton; two granddaughters: Danielle Estepp of Jonesborough and Madisun Pritchard of Elizabethton; mother-in-law: Betty Ellis and husband, Max, of Rogersville; special friends: Ivan Collins, Frank Mitchell, Glen Rose, Haskel Bowman, Bill Kasior, John Taylor, and Gary Burgner; and his best buddy: Snoopy, his dog.
He was preceded in death by his father: Roy Arnold Estepp; and his grandparents: John A. and Ethel Shelton and Amos and Ella Hensley Estepp.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 11am Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Horse Creek Church of God with Rev. Bobby Morrison officiating. The body will be taken to the church 30 minutes preceding the funeral service on Saturday.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Taylor, Clifford Williams, Steve Inscore, Mark Brown, Lanny Love, Tim Ward, Craig Fillers, and Ivan Collins.
Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Greeneville Police Department, the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, and members of the Greene County Farm and Auto Show.
