Jacob is lovingly remembered by his parents, John and Kris Wright, his brothers Gareth and Eli, and his sisters Hannah and Zina. He is also survived by his grandparents, Fred and Karin Dawkins and Don and Sandra Wright, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins who cherished him deeply.
Jacob lived his life with boundless energy and an infectious enthusiasm that touched everyone around him. Gratitude was at the heart of his daily practice, and he was unfailingly generous with his time, his kindness, and his resources to those around him.
A true lover of the outdoors, Jacob spent many seasons tree planting and found joy in hiking, canoeing, fishing, skiing, and exploring the world through travel. He was happiest when surrounded by nature or sharing meaningful moments with his circle of friends and close-knit family.
Jacob had a passion for music, a talent for sport, and was the driving force behind competitive card games at family gatherings. His entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic, inherited from both of his grandfathers, led him to devote his professional life to making sustainable energy more accessible.
Jacob is deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
Friends and relatives are invited to celebrate Jacob’s life at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (190 Marksam Rd.
