The worst part of every single day is when I want to send you something funny I found, and then realize I can't...There are just some funnies only you would understand.  I miss you, JoJo. I am over a year sober now, and I wish you got to know this version of me.

I always enjoyed chatting  and catching up with Joey at holiday gatherings. My sincere condolences to all his friends and family.

I was lucky enough to get to work with Joey to get him into first place. He was so lovely to work with, and we had such a blast. When we went for showings, we were always talking about metal/rock music, concerts, food, gaming and cars. Always making jokes, he had a great sense of humour and was always making me laugh. I’m so happy that I not only got to work with him, but become friends with him ❤️  my deepest condolences to all his friends in family.

My deepest condolences to Joey's family and friends.  I am so very sorry for your loss.   I absolutely adored Joey!  It was truly an honor to have him in our lives.  I loved the days when Joey,  Amanda, Amber, Alex, and their friends spent many hours in my rec room laughing and talking and whatever else they were up to.  You all have some wonderful memories, and I hope you all take comfort in those memories.   Rest in Peace Joey I hope you know how much you are loved.

Joey it’s so sad to see you leave this world too early. The day I heard you passed my heart dropped.  I only have wonderful memories of you.  Whenever we hung out you always made me laugh, you were so funny. You had a gift of always making the people around you feel good about themselves. I will never forget you.

Not much else to say that hasn’t been said but love and miss you brother. I had a lot of great times with you and you made me laugh an insane amount and were always just a great guy and great company. You even put me on to chell. I just saw you what seemed like the other day at Costco and we caught up, I wish I stayed there longer.

I remember when our parents would get together for baseball tournaments and golf tournaments. Joey and I would be the youngest in the bunch so always hung out together and had many laughs.

Joey, thanks for helping shape my childhood into what it was. You will forever be in my core memories of growing up! Always giving me a hard time but at the same time looking out for me just like an older brother would and making sure I was ok. Although we grew apart as we grew older you always held a special place in my heart and anytime we got together it was like no time had passed! Your family is like my family- some of my favourite memories are getting together for all the holidays and celebrating together with the abundance of food, drinks, conversations and laughs. You will forever be missed but I hope you’re resting peacefully and cracking jokes with Sam as we speak. My deepest condolences go to out to your mom, Theresa, and the rest of the family. Joey was a great friend in elementary school to me, always quick to joke or spit out some lyrics to a funny song.  We lost touch and then reconnected as adults, he immediately integrated me into his friend group like no time had been lost. He was a great dude & the world has lost a bright & caring man.

Joey, You were the best friend and Neighbour anyone could ever ask for. I had some of the best times of my life growing up with you. You were truly one of a kind and always lifting spirits. I'll never forget how much you always made me laugh, and how much you put others first. I'll always miss you brotha. RIP ❤️

So thankful cousin Joey gave me my sense of dark humour and thankful for him always looking out for me over the years. I could always count on cousin Joey to be there for me whenever I needed him.

I remember the first time Franco brought me up to Barrie to meet you (me as his new girlfriend) and you, your family and your pup Lucy accepted me as their own and like we have known each other forever. I remember the nights we would stay up until 5am having some drinks in your basement, watching the most messed up funny videos you had ready to go! I remember smokes in your garage, dance parties in your basement and you giving your bed to me and Franco to sleep in and setting up the fan in there because me and you and I both like to sleep with fans on us haha. So kind of you Joey! <3 
I remember once we had our son Maverick, nothing changed with our relationship with you. We just brought baby Mav along with us up to Barrie for the weeks stay and Auntie Theresa would just snuggle and love him all up, upstairs at your house, so we could go have a fun night with you. Thank you for always making me feel welcome and always being so respectful to me and making sure my belly was full of good food when we came to visit. We love you Joey. Xoxoxoxox
Mav randomly received a piccolo blanket from a friend that was the exact same one we mailed to you, and it is currently used to snuggle with in our household everyday as “the Joey blanket’. <3 love ya buddy. Xo

I will never forget your trip to Newfoundland in The nineties when you were just a little boy.  Our day out on the water whale watching. A miracle happened and we were in the company of a pod of dolphins.  They swam around and jumped in the air putting on a spectacular show.  I never in my life saw such a happy face on this special child.  Rest in peace beautiful boy to be with your Dad and the angels.  Much love from Judy and my husband Vince in heaven.  ❤️

Joey! You were one of my best buddies during those early 20s years and I appreciate the time I got to share with you. Was always a rowdy night, always good vibes, this night was no exception! Everyone smiles when they bring up a Joey memory from back in the day. Rip brother. 🙏

Going to neon party at Georgian College. I think this was early 2010. We killed the fits. When you'd find out Joey's coming out for the night, you knew it was going to be a wicked night.
