He leaves behind his loving wife, Laurie and his kids, Lisa, Laura (Matt), Brad, Krista (Lyle), Jess (Rob) and his grand kids: Ethan, Kenzie, Fiona, Gus, Devynn, Teigen, and Colton. Ron is predeceased by his first wife, Gail, dad, Keith, mom, Ruth, brothers John, David, and sister, Darla.
Ron is survived by his sister, Jane (Rob) and his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ron was a caring, outgoing and fun loving person. He left a lasting impression on those that knew him. He cherished spending time with family. He loved fishing, golfing, hockey, baseball and socializing with many friends.
A Memorial Service for Ronald will be held Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM and a Celebration of Life Gathering from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
