David worked in Parks and Grounds for the City of Halifax for 31 years, retiring in 2000. He had a passion for die cast muscle cars. David was a skilled mechanic and was a multitalented man. He also enjoyed music.
He is survived by brother; Ken “Joe” (Gail), Belleville, Ont.;. sister, Susan (Chris), Dartmouth; nephews, Steve Sayer, Ryan (Amanda) Gray; niece, Michelle (Jerry) deGraaf; great niece, Haley; great nephews, William and Nathan.
Arrangements have been entrusted to J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax, N.S. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Fairview Lawn Cemetery, Halifax. Donations in memory of David may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
