

Doris was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Doris will be missed by her daughters Debbie McNamara (Vincent) Lower Sackville, Sandra Raines (Roger) Windsor, Ontario. Daughter-in-law Shelley LeRue. Grandchildren Teri Farmer (Rob), Tanya McNamara, Richard and Justin LeRue (Alicia) Jeffrey LeRue (Kristin) and Jonathan Raines. Great grandchildren Andrew, Julia and Kaleigh Farmer, Alexander McNamara, Karson LeRue, Ivy and Elijah Raines.
Sisters, Patricia Casey and Gertrude Lafond. Sisters-in-law Gail Coleman and Lise Coleman. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Richard LeRue, son Frank LeRue, brothers Ron, Jack, Bill and George Coleman, sister Joyce Urquhart. Her dearest Lifelong friend Yvonne Logan. Special companion Edward MacDonald.
Doris was a faithful member of Canadian Martyrs Church and Saint Mary's Cathedral Basilica most of her life. She worked for Willet Foods retiring after 40 years of service.
The family would like to extend their sincerest appreciation to Dr. Raju for her medical care and support for the family. To the staff of Citadel Court, Parkstone Enhanced Care for the exceptional care, support and love Doris has received in the past two years. Thank you to Doctor Ken Rockwood who provided us with expert care and advice as we began our Alzheimer's journey.
A Visitation will be held at JA Snow Funeral Home on Tuesday September 23rd from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Service will also be held at the funeral home, Wednesday September 24th at 10am with a reception to follow. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children's Wish Foundation or a charity of your choice.
