Born in Halifax, he was the son of Findley and Lottie (Andrews) Cameron,
In earlier years, he drove Taxi, worked at Snows Funeral Home, and cleaner at the Bedford Police Department.
He enjoyed playing darts, had a passion for antique cars, and enjoyed a good laugh, and loved the music of Elvis.
Harold is predeceased by his brothers, Dennis and Robert, and parents, Findley and Lottie.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Jane (Symes), who was his rock and the love of his life.
He is also survived by siblings, Jamie (Sharon), Sandy (Mike), Jenny (Dwight), Jeanette (Brian), Esther (Leo), Marion, Donna (Pat), Chrissie (Pierre), and Cheryl (Billy), several nieces & nephews, and his loving Goddaughter Heather Thompson.
He will be dearly missed by his little buddies Kate & Chester
Cremation has taken place. Visitation Sunday July 17, 2016, 2-4 PM, and 6-8 PM JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the COPD Foundation, or Heart Stroke Foundation.
