Laurel worked diligently for many years publishing “The Atlantic Connection”. She could be seen all over town pulling her cart full of papers. She was adept with the technology allowing her to continue to publish once the world became computerized. She had a fondness for Queensland Beach and a deep affection for her East Chester house. Laurel loved chatting with everyone she met and was a familiar sight all around Halifax. She loved clothes, especially bright colours. Laurel enjoyed scrap booking in her retirement and loved making new friends.
In lieu of flowers, you could show kindness to a stranger as neighbours and strangers had been kind to her.
