Born June 8, 1931, she was the youngest daughter of Frederick Henry and Elthel "Pearl" Moulton (Foote). Home town, Burin Bay, Newfoundland.
As a homemaker, mom provided a loving and caring family environment. She was a long time member of St. Paul's United Church and UCW. Many hours were spent preparing meals for Church suppers. Mom was an avid bowler who participated in many local leagues and traveled throughout the Maritimes in many tournaments. Her gardens were beautifully maintained and admired by many. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends and attending bingo games with her buddies. Mom and Dad loved their travels to several beautiful countries. She loved cheering on her beloved Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays. Many hours were spent in her kitchen baking, preserving jams and pickles, but by far the dearest to her heart, was preparing many Sunday family dinners. Amongst mom's many charities she supported, the CIBC Run For The Cure was nearest and dearest to her heart. With moms breast cancer diagnosis in 2010, Lorraine's CURE-ageous Troops were formed.
