Marilyn Loretta Eddy

Born in Wolfville, Nova Scotia on August 4th,1936. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Anita (Rhodenizer) Crowe. A loving and devoted military wife who travelled with her husband and kids to various postings which included Germany, Ipperwash ON, London, ON and Halifax, NS. While posted in Germany they enjoyed many family trips experiencing different cultures and countries within Europe.

She looked forward to travelling to Ontario every summer to visit her family and friends, stopping through the United States on her way home to her favourite spot in Kittery, Maine. Some of her fondest memories were spent camping at the Orchard Queen in Middleton, NS with family and friends over the last 40 years.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She is predeceased by her husband Ronald Eddy. She is survived by son, Brian (Sherri) of London, ON, Daughter Marilyn Ann, Halifax. Special grandmother to Melissa (Jay) Enfield, NS; Allison (Derek) of London, ON, Ashley of Toronto, ON and grandson Jamie, Halifax. Two great grandchildren, Alexis, and Carter. Special Aunt to Danny (Cheri),Port George, Nicola(Barry), Bedford, Terri-Ann, Middleton, Brent(Chrystal), Brickton, Phillip(Karen), Middleton. Predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Myrna and Lloyd Townsend and niece Myrnalyn Parker.

Visitation will be held on Monday December 6th, 2021 from 5-8pm at JA Snow Funeral Home (339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax) with reception. Family burial to follow at later date. Proof of full vaccination and government ID is required. Masks are mandatory.
