With painful hearts, but with gratitude to the almighty God, we announce the transition to eternal glory of Oyewonuola Gbadebo Nee Oworu on May 5th, 2017 at the age of 39. Born in Ijebu-Ode, Nigeria, Oyewonuola was the daughter of late Chief Oyebode Oworu of Ijebu Ode, Nigeria and Alhaja Idayat Onanuga. She will be remembered for her deep love for family, compassionate, courageous, honest, sense of humor and her strong faith in Christ. She is survived by husband, children, mother, brothers and sisters.
Heartfelt thanks to the pastorate and people of God at RCCG Jesus House Halifax, friends and family for their wonderful care and prayers since the transition. May the good Lord bless the church and the people in the community.
A memorial service will be held 12 pm Friday May 12th at J.A Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive Halifax.
