Patricia “Patty” Lynn Prince, age 58 of Prospect passed away peacefully at home on November 5, 2013. Born in Dalhousie, NB, she was a daughter of the late Drue and Milton Warren. Patty loved the outdoors including camping, boating, visiting her hometown of Dalhousie and clam digging. Relaxing on her back deck or playing with her grandson, Ryland, made each day complete. She loved her job as a Document Controller at AMEC and took part in numerous charity organizations in her free time. She is survived by her husband, Pat Hardiman; son, Tyler (Rhonda MacDonald) Prince; step-son, Peter Hardiman; sisters, Debbie (Doug) Conway, Dawn Flann (Moe Hache); grandson, Ryland Prince; niece and nephew, Brandon and Terrene Conway.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 7, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in J. A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, (455-0531). Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 8, at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 3709 Prospect Bay Rd, Prospect, NS. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
