Rose Marie Keddy

Rose leaves behind her daughter Angela (Mike) Dauphinee, granddaughters Ayla Keddy, Josie Baker, Brandy Warman, and Jessie Dauphinee, great grandchildren Shayla, Eric, Brielle; Lacey and Nariah. She also leaves behind her sister and best friend Janet (Dave) Roden; brothers Ernie (Sandra) O’Connell, Ron (Debbie) Gregory and Rob Gregory; stepbrother Ray (Faye) Keddy; and stepsister Marlene Baigent. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Rose was predeceased by her husband Ken Keddy; daughter Deanna Keddy; stepfather Ken Keddy Sr.; sisters Carole Stoneman, Donna Gregory, and Pat Chouinard; brother Gerry Gregory; stepsister Sandra Robinson; brothers-in-law Bob Stoneman, Richard Baigent and Dale Robinson; and sister-in-law Diana Gregory.

Rose loved her Bingo nights and friends, and her craft markets. She loved gardening on her deck and was so proud of her tomatoes and cucumbers. She was the heart and soul of the family and made birthdays and holidays special, especially with her apple pies. She is going to be missed deeply by all who loved her.

We would like to thank the nurses and staff of the 5.2 ICU at the QE II for the care she received in her final days and the support given to the family.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, where memorial service will be held on Saturday December 20, 2025 at 2pm.
