

Roseanne was born in Dartmouth. She was the daughter of M.M. (Dutch) Holland and Margaret Genevieve (Synnott) Holland.
She worked with Health and Welfare Canada’s Food and Drug Directorate in Halifax, and later Dartmouth, as a Food Microbiology Technician.
Her spare time while working was devoted to her knitting business, Sandpiper Studios. She made Nordic style sweaters which were sold at local craft fairs around the Christmas season.
Following her retirement she owned a travel agency that was operated from home.
She enjoyed travel, particularly to Ireland. Also, she enjoyed trips to England, Greece, Portugal and Cuba.
Roseanne is survived by her husband William A. Coulter; her daughter Cristin Maureen Coulter, her partner Dennis Colbon and their son Liam Robert Coulter-Colbon. Also survived by son William Keith Coulter, his wife Dejah Coulter and their adult children Adrian McLean, Devin McLean and Taylor MacPherson. Special cousins include Claire (Vickery) Brown and Margaret Peggy (MacDonald) Lize.
Due to Covid-19, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
