Ryan Christina Aris

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our loving daughter, Ryan, age 16, of Bedford, who passed away on July 23, 2016, at home. Born in Fredericton on September 2, 1999, she was a daughter of Daniel and Pascalle (Costisella) Aris. She attended École Secondaire du Sommet, where she was a member of the student’s council. She had a large group of friends who were always very supportive.

Constantly dreaming of traveling the world, one highlight of Ryan’s life was travelling to Europe with her Grade 10 class. Admired by her two younger sisters, the trio had great adventures going on cruises, trips to Florida, and long road trips to visit friends and relatives.

Besides her parents, Ryan is survived by her two younger sisters, Emily and Hannah; grandparents, Carole Costisella of Montpellier, PQ, and Barbara and Michael Aris of Port Greville, NS; and several dearly loved aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Christian Costisella.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Ryan’s memory to the IWK Health Centre.

Visitation, Friday, July 29, 2016 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm immediately followed by a service at 12:00 pm at JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax.
