She was the last surviving member of her family. Daughter of Florence (Casey) Arbuckle and William Arbuckle. She was predeceased by Katherine (Gordon) Boutilier, Frederick (Bernice) Arbuckle, William (Irene) Arbuckle, Iris Arbuckle, Mildred (Donald) Dowell, Francis (Charles) Tierney, John (Rona) Arbuckle, Geraldine (Bill) Corbet. Sheila is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She spent the last two years at Parkland where she made new friends and enjoyed her final years.

As she requested, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of life will take place at a later date.
