Born on June 18, 1964, he was the son of Robert James Windsor and Frances Jeanne (Fales) Windsor, both deceased.
He was survived by a son, Kyle, and siblings Teresa, Roger, Steve and Linda.
There will be no visitation. Burial to take place at a later date. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in his name.
