Susan Marie Logan

LOGAN, Susan Marie Theresa - 80, of Halifax, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2011, in the Palliative Care Unit Infirmary site, QEII. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late John Francis & Margaret (Slaunwhite) Roache & Step Mother Mary (McCabe-Jenkins) Roache. Mom loved her family dearly & watching her children play sports, she was a devoted Toronto Maple Leaf Fan. Susan is survived by her Husband of 63 years, Wilfred Neil Logan Sr; Sons, Neil Jr (Judy) PEI, Robert, David & Stephen (Marilyn) all of Halifax, Daughters Donna (Greg) Clements, Lr Sack, & Ferne, Halifax, 8 Grand Children, 11 Great Grand Children, 1 Great Great Grand Child & raised 8 Foster Children, Brothers, Charles Beaverbank, Gordon Halifax, Donny & Gary Bedford. Along with her Parents, she was predeceased by Brother John (Sonny) Roache, sisters Helen Morrow & Ruth Adams. Susan worked for many of years for Simpson’s & Balcom Chittick. Cremation has taken place with no visitations. Memorial service will be Saturday September 10, 2011 at 10 A.M. at J. A.
