Theresa May (Goodyear) Maclean

Theresa May (Goodyear) MacLean - 80, Halifax passed away peacefully on June 17, 2011. Born in Trenton, Theresa was the daughter of the late Alec and Eva (DeMont)Goodyear. She worked for many years as a baker at Sunnyside Donut Shop. Theresa’s passion was her family, camping, crafts, pickling and preserving goods from her garden and of course, baking. She always made time for her family and enjoyed every minute spent with grandchildren, John, Ashley, Julie, Chelsey and Jeffrey. Theresa will be greatly missed by loving husband Percy and sons David(Wanda), Vincent(Mark), Gary(Anita) all of Halifax and daughter Ellen(Wayne)Negus of Dartmouth. Theresa was predeceased by her sister Eva in infancy, son Stephen in infancy and daughter Debbie Thornton. There will be a visitation for Mrs. MacLean, Monday June 20, 2011 6-8pm with a Memorial service at 11 am Tuesday June 21, 2011 both in JA Snow Funeral Home 339 Lacewood Dr. Hfx NS, 902-455-0531. The family would like to extend their thanks to the nurses and doctors of 8.1 and 8.2 QEII hospital for their kindness and caring during Theresa’s stay.
