Emma passed away at home on May 11, 2016 with her loved one's by her side after a brief battle with Cancer .
Emma worked for The County of San Bernardino for 20 years. She worked in Animal Control and then with the Sheriffs Department as a Fiscal Clerk and spent the last 13 years as a Code Enforcement Officer.
Survived by her Spouse and Honey, Nevin L. Streeter, three Children, Son, William G. Votruba, Daughter, Eraina A. Votruba, Son, Jason C. Votruba, Four Grandchilren, Cortney P. Votruba,
Tristen J. Votruba, Chelsie M. Votruba, Sage B. Votruba, one Great Grandson, Ryder Votruba ,
one Sister, Alice Childress and her Old English Victoman Bull Dog "Bubba"
Alone you raised us, loved us and dedicated your life to us. We could not have asked for a better Mother, Grandmother or Friend. You were the Rock and Heart of our Family. Your passing showed us what it means to be strong..
