Matthew Danny Florez, 51, died peacefully in Moreno Valley, California on October 31, 2020. Matthew was born in Barstow, California on December 6, 1968 to Jose Florez and Teresa Florez (Silva). He was the youngest of 10 children. He graduated from high school in 1988.
Matthew was a wonderful father who loved his sons. He had a special relationship with all of his nieces and nephews. Matthew was an avid fisher. He loved to camp and experience the outdoors.
He is survived by his sons, Matthew Danny Florez II and Christopher Manuel Florez, brothers Joe (Donna) Florez, James (Teresa) Florez, Ronnie (Rachel) Florez, Barney Florez, John Florez, Donald Florez, sister Lori Florez and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Teresa Florez, brothers Manny and Mark Florez.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday December 4th, 2020 at 11:00 am at Kern Hesperia Mortuary, 16120 Main Street Hesperia, CA 92345.
