Robert Scott Wilkins

Robert Scott Wilkins passed away on April 20, 2025 in Oak Hills, California, at the age of 61. He was born on May 31, 1963 in Lakewood, California. He was known for his love of animals and nature. He touched the lives of many, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents, Helen and Ralph Wilkins, his sisters, Kathy, Donna, and Nancy, and his brother Patrick. He is survived by his brother Wayne, sister Barbara, daughters Brittany and Cortney, grandson William, grandbaby on the way, his wife Sandi, several nieces and nephews, and extended family.

Robert Scott Wilkins will always be remembered for his compassion for all living things, and his unique sense of humor that always either made people smile, or roll their eyes.

When Robert was younger he was a pipe fitter for the city of Los Angeles. Later on in life he co-founded the animal rescue Sandi’s Strays. He quickly found his passion in life was helping animals by finding their forever homes.
