Ross and I have worked together for a while now, I work remotely on the west coast in California and I was devastated to hear the loss of a dear colleague. 
Ross and I both had a child of the same age and we bonded over our lack of sleep and juggling family and work life. Here is a snapshot of Ross sharing with me a stuffy that worked for his son to help fall asleep. I bought the unicorn version. I will always remember him for his quick wit. He was such a great person to work with and my heart goes out to his family.

Marc, we were very sorry to hear about Ross.
For the little we knew him we could tell that he was a real nice kid and I am sure he was a great son.
I cannot even imagine what you are going through.
