She was a loving mother to her daughter Genesis (15), boyfriend Todd. She is also survived by her mother Kelly Crepps; stepfather Michael Crepps; stepmother Tammy (Chuck) Vesolowski; sisters: Nicole, Tracie, Courtney, Jennifer and Samantha; brothers: John, Jacob, Lucas and Joseph; nieces: Alyssia, Reese and Piper and Aubrey; nephews: Jaxon, Tony and Zachary. Angel was preceded in death by her father John P. Lewellyn.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the VFW Post #9982, 301 E. Main St., Griffith, IN 46319.
