ARNOLD DICK ZANDSTRA HIGHLAND, IN Arnold Dick Zandstra, age 102, passed away January 6, 2012. He is survived by five sons: Dave (Muriel) Zandstra, Bern (Pat) Zandstra, both of MI, Butch (Carol) Zandstra of Lowell, IN, Nick (Ruth) Zandstra and Dan (Judy) Zandstra, both of Highland, IN; two daughters: Faye (Keith) Gaiser of Highland, IN and Lois (Jeff) De Vries of Demotte, IN; 24 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 9:30 AM at New Life Christian Reformed Church with Rev. Bill Sytsma officiating. Burial at Hope Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, January 13 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd. (two blocks south of Ridge Rd.) Highland, IN. Arnold was an Charter member of The New Life Christian Reformed Church of Highland, retired farmer from Zandstra Brothers Farm and member of the Gideon's for over 60 years. Memorials may be given to Highland Gideon's.
