Charles O. Wieland, age 69 , of Highland passed away October 9, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Karen; four children: Charles G. Wieland, Joy (Mike) Rossi, Dawn (Chris) Vann, and Michelle Jimenez; six grandchildren: Jake Wieland, Victoria, Michael, Alyssa Rossi, Brayden and Brooke Vann; five brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Brian. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd. (two blocks south of Ridge Rd.), Highland with Rev. Charles W. Niblick officiating. Burial in Memory Lane Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Charles was retired from LTV after 31 years. He was an avid bowler.
