Chester R. “Ronnie” Griffin, age 64, of Highland, IN passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017. He is survived by his daughters: Lori (Brian) Chilton and Angie (John) Turpin; five grandsons: Logan Greene, Hayden and Carter Chilton, Mason and Javan Turpin; two sisters: Tommie Asbell and Kathy Riley; and many nieces and nephews. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents: Raymond and Inez Griffin; sister, Dorothy Faye Stewart; and two brothers: Raymond Griffin Jr. and twin brother, Charles “Don” Griffin. Ronnie retired from the area steel mills. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Pastor Ron Richmond officiating.
