Edith V. Arroyo “Sissy” age 79 of Gary, IN passed away August 5,2011;she is survived by nine children Jesse (Rosemarie) Jones, Diane (Nigle) Mayes, Evelyn( Greg) McNece, John (Tammy) Arroyo, David (Kathy) Arroyo, Juanita( Jay) Vela, Paul (Shelli) Arroyo, Lisa (William) Gordon, Adam (Tonila) Arroyo, 22 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, two brothers Charles Tetrick, Jesse Tetrick, two sisters Cora (Frank) Niff, Beverly Tetrick, step-mother Maude Tetrick, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday August 8th 2011; 10:00 AM At Black Oak Baptist Church Rev. Robert Parnell officiating, burial Ridgelawn Cemetery, friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 3 to 8 PM at Kuiper Funeral Home 9039 Kleinman Rd (two blocks south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN. Edith was devoted mother & grandmother, she was a mother to everyone.
