Edmund Gregorczyk

Edmund A. Gregorczyk age 93 of Portage, IN formerly of Gary, IN passed away June 15,2018, he was born January 20,1925 in Gary, IN to Stanislaus & Marie (nee Brylka) Gregorczyk, he was preceded in death by his wife Angeline, his brothers Frank, Henry, Al, Benny, one sister Loretta. Edmund is survived by three step-daughters Nancy (Peter) Medved, Sharon Anderson, Kathy(Gary) Worth, four grandchildren, 10 nieces & nephews, 19 great nieces & nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday June 20, 2018, 11:00 am directly at Nativity of Our Savior Catholic Church (2949 Willow creek RD Portage, IN). Burial Calvary Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday morning from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church. Ed served in the U S Army and earned a Purple Heart from injuries he sustained in Okinawa, Japan, he also enjoyed golf, bowling and softball, liked watching the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls on television.
