A beautiful heart of gold stopped beating the day you left this earth. Gone too soon. Rest well dear friend.

ANOTHER of many Marlene Memories: My brother Tom just informed me that one day Marlene came to our house on her bike when I wasn't home. She asked him, "Would you like to take a ride around Tod Park with Me?" They did and sat on a bench by the concession stand. Marlene talked and asked him about school and even bought him a pop. He said she was always smiling and so kind and selfless. We were so blessed to have Marlene in our lives growing up.Rest in Peace dear sister Marlene. Shine on from Heaven. Sorely missed by your childhood friends and neighbors, Tom Brown and sister Bonnie Brown Frye.

My Aunt Marlene will be remembered fondly for her smile, laughter and great sense of humor.I am grateful for the time I spent with her and will miss her hugs and encouraging words. 
We were always able to find the humor in life.  I know she has a special place in Heaven, for she was a caring and giving soul. Miss you girl!

My condolences to the family.  During difficult times as this it helps lessen the pain by keeping close in mind and heart all the fond and fun memories of her and reflect on them often. Look to the God of comfort and he will sustain you.

My Dear Sidter, I can't believe you are gone. The last day we had lunch with Laurie,  I was especially happy to see you! Nothing like every other time we were together.  This was special for some reason. Now I know it would be the last time we would be together. I miss you so. I love you.

Sweet, dear childhood friend. You and your sisters were like the sisters I never had. Such fond memories I have of growing up with all of you across the alley in East Chicago. Now, you will be at peace with your beloved parents and sisters. Rest well beloved friend, you will be sorely missed. Your smile and the memories I have will remain in my heart forever.
