Martha Rena Collier (nee Bailey), age 80, of Merrillville, IN passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015. She is survived by her two children: Rena (late Pete) Little and Mark (Chris) Collier. Four grandchildren: Suzanne (Chris) Tucker, Emily Little, Brian Little and Leslie (Cory) Simpson; two great grandchildren: Madison Simpson and Warren Tucker; two sisters: Mary (late Paul) Rojas and Gladys (Frank) Edwards; brother Dewey (Barbara) Bailey; nephew Fred Jones; and brother in law David (Gail) Dawson. Martha was preceded in death by husband Marshall Collier; grandson David Collier; sister JoAnn Anderson; and brother Max Bailey. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN with Shawn Cornett, minister officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family Monday, August 24, 2015 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home.
