Aura Elisa Rodriguez

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She has now joined her Lord and Savior. Aura was a kindergarten teacher, daycare worker, and pastor’s wife. She was Southern Baptist.

Aura was preceded in death by her first husband Adonis Rodriguez, the first pastor of the Hispanic Baptist Church of Red Bank, and her parents Gustavo Armas and Margarita Armas Benedetti.

She is survived by her husband, Santiago Perez; her sons, Jonathan (Martha) Rodriguez, David (Alison) Rodriguez, Joel (Ashley) Rodriguez, and Daniel (Jessica) Rodriguez; Grandchildren, Julianna Elisa Downs, Alexandra Ortiz, Kassidy Rodriguez, Peyton Rodriguez, Ricardo Rodriguez, and Diego Rodriguez; Great grandchildren, Elisa Downs, Amelia Ortiz, and Sophia Ortiz.

There will be no services or visitation per Aura’s wishes.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
