Sue was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and retired from Erlanger Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Baker; a daughter, Kimberly Ann Baker; her parents, Marvin Denton and Mary Belle Findley; and a sister, Frances Planzer.
Betty is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Becky Baker; granddaughters, Emily and Kacie Baker; sister, Ann Nichols and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 PM on Friday and 10 to 11 AM on Saturday at the North Chapel.
Graveside services for Betty Sue will be held at 11 AM on Saturday in the Chapel of Devotion at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Randy Martin officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sue’s name to the McKamey Animal Center, 4500 North Access Road, Chattanooga, TN 37415
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist.
