She was a member of Red Bank United Methodist Church and a retiree of TVA.She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ulysses E. and Grace S. Henry, and her infant son, James Douglas McMahon.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, James A. McMahon; daughters, Betty (Jack) Carter, and Gina Wilson; and son, Hank (Karen) McMahon; grandchildren, Abigail (Jeff) Gravino, Hannah Kay Carter; Brennan, Kane, and Ty McMahon; Ross Wilson; and grandchild, Hayden Carter Gravino.
Visitation will be held at the North Chapel Chattanooga Funeral Home, Hwy. 153, from 4-6pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
A private family graveside service will be held at Chattanooga Memorial Gardens.
