Charlie was born and grew up in Chattanooga, graduated from Tyner High School and was a man of many talents.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Ball; father, Willard R. Ball and a sister, Billie Jo Burcham.
Charlie is survived by his mother, Dixie T. Ball; children, Dixie (Larry) White, Cassie Ball, Christina Fuller, Charles Blevins and Susie Fulton; seven grandchildren; siblings, Linda Warren and Rick (Margaret) Ball; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, June 20, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Services for Charles will follow at 1 pm on Saturday at the funeral home chapel with Chaplain John Waters officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
