Charles Edward Morrison, 65, of Hixson died Saturday, November 12, 2022. He was born May 19, 1957 to the late James W. and Katherine Morrison. He was preceded in death by siblings, Linda Rhodes, James A Morrison and Judy Crawley.
Mr. Morrison loved spending time with his grandchildren, whether at the ball field, going to the movies, fishing or just watching television. He was an avid fisherman. He loved to tinker. He would help fix cars and work on lawn mowers. He was in the National Guard for 16 years.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Juanita Morrison, stepdaughter, Trina Wilson, grandchildren, Kevin Wilson, Brittany Elliott, and Cory Honeycutt, siblings, Doris Crabtree, Wanda Stevenson, and Jerry Clift.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, November 18 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 pm Thursday and 12-2 pm Friday.
