She was born to Alan and Alice Koch on July 21, 1966 in Bethpage, NY. Christine was a graduate of Burlington High School then continued her education at Castleton University for her Associate's Degree, Georgia Southern University for her BSN, and King University for her Masters in FNP. She married Paul Dominguez on May 4, 2012. Christine was a member with her husband at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
She is preceded in death be her mother, Alice Koch.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Dominguez; daughters, Amanda Partlow and Anna Partlow; son, Gilbert Dominguez; father, Alan Koch; brother, Alan (Anne) Koch Jr.; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial visitation for Christine will be held Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153 Hixson, TN 37343. Monday, May 5, 2025 a Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 501 S Moore Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37412.
