Christopher Ray Olivas, 54, of Hixson died Tuesday, April 02, 2013 in Chattanooga. He was born May 14, 1958 in Lebanon, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his father Armando Olivas, brothers Gerald Lee Olivas and Jerry Xavier Olivas, grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Olivas and Mr. and Mrs. Gloster Guffey. He was a member of Hillside Baptist Church and was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his mother Frankie Olivas, sisters Amanda (Charles) Tanner and Karen (Mikey) Glenn as well as several nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11:00 am in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Steve Cape officiating.
