Edna was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Charles Glen Bailey, parents, Fred and Rella Ledford and several brothers and sisters. Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Glenda (Randall) Penney; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters Blondie (Betty) Spangler and Opal Sue Blair; several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held today from 4:00 p.m. – 8: p.m. at North Chapel and again tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.. A celebration of life will follow at 1:00 p.m. at North Chapel. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
