Erma Gene Owens, 89, of Jasper, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 20, 2015, after battling cancer for several months.
Erma was a lifelong resident of East Ridge, TN, and in later years, moved to Wildwood, GA.
She retired from Provident Life Insurance Company.
Erma was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Carl Owens Sr.; brother Carl Owens Jr; longtime special friend Larry Bridgeman and very dearest friend Edna Blake.
Those left to cherish her memories are her three nieces Carla (Johnny) Maynor, Cathy (Charlie) Campbell and Caryn Owens;; sister in law Frances Owens; several great nieces and nephews and closest friend Drew Lowe.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 24,2015 from 10 am to 1 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel
Funeral service will be conducted for Erma at 1pm on Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Richard Mason officiating
Interment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens
