Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandmother, Reathel McGill; step grandmother, Rose McGill; mother, Aletta Jean McGill; step mother, Margarette McGill; uncles, Bobby, Dennis, David, Roy, Rickie McGill.
Survivors include his children, Amanda McGill (Tayler Vaughn), Erica McGill (Ricardo Sebastian), Tyler McGill (Asia Young); grandchildren, Ricardo, Jr., Grayson, Orrin, and Rosalie; grandfather, John McGill, Sr.; father, James McGill, Sr.; uncles, Terry McGill, Jeff (Michelle) McGill, John McGill, Jr.; aunts, Judy Price, Judith McGill, Margaret McGill, and Pam McGill.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 Thursday, August 20 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Brother Virgil Smith and Brother John Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12-2 Thursday.
