Larry James Surcey, 76, of McDonald, Tennessee passed away. He was born July 14, 1944 in Johnson City, Tennessee to the late Lester and Beulah Surcey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Surcey.
He was an avid gardener, and loved to share the bounty of his garden. He enjoyed being outside and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his children, Jonathan (Lora) Surcey and Rebecca (Jonathan) Barker; granddaughter, Loren Surcey; brother, Wayne Surcey; and a sister, Shelia Talley.
Graveside services will be 3:00 pm Friday, June 18 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1-3 Friday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
