Mrs. Ness was born on August 13, 1935, in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia. She was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lily Vincent.
Mrs. Ness is survived by her children, Brian and Loretta Ness, Steven and Sue Ness, and Sandra and David Riese; her siblings, Thomas Vincent., Lillian Landis, William and Cheryl Vincent, and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Ooltewah United Methodist Church, 6131 Relocation way, Ooltewah Thursday February 19 at 6:30pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society by calling 1-800-227-2345, selecting option #2, and specifying “breast cancer research.”
Local arrangements were by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
