Myrtle was a longtime resident of the Hixson area and was a member of Middle Valley United Methodist Church. She was an avid bowler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie O. Hale;
Myrtle is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Vicki Hale; granddaughter, Tammy Hale and grandson, Adam Hale; great granddaughters, Dava Streeter and Bailey Hale and great grandson, Joshua Hale; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Friday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Saturday and 12:30 to 1:30 PM on Sunday at the North Chapel.
Services for Myrtle will be held at 1:30 PM on Sunday at the North Chapel. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist.
