While there are a bunch of good memories to choose from there are two that will always be on the top of the list. The first is when Ryan, his dad and I went on a guys trip to Destin. I won't forget riding the beach bikes.

The other time is when I left from his dads house on his Honda CBR motorcycle. I will miss our conversations and talking about everything from guns to Emery. You will be greatly missed be your friends and family.

Bob and I met Ryan when both were in pulmonary rehab downtown. He was a special person and we enjoyed seeing him there. 

We will always have Cumberland Hall my friend. Many deep and heart felt conversations about life brother. Was there for you in a dark hour and my prayers go out to you and your family in this time. 

Lyndsay and Emery. My heart breaks for you. Ryan was a great man. I met him as his PAH nurse for his home medicines. It was absolutely my pleasure and privilege to take care of him. 
He became more than a patient, he became a friend and somebody I cared a great deal about. Sure he struggled some days with his devastating disease but he also had the most incredible attitude and always seemed to bounce back. 
I will never forget him. Thank you  Ryan for being you, and for touching my life. You are all in my  thoughts and prayers.

Ryan you will truly be missed. Our friendship extended beyond work, and continued years after. You were the go to guy, that always knew a guy when I needed anything. Never afraid to step up to the plate and show integrity when other could not is one of the many reasons I admired you. Brother, your spirt lives on with me. I will forever cherish the friendship we had.

Ryan was an amazing person and an even better friend! I only knew him for 4 four months, but it seemed like I had known him for years. The way I see it, the Lord puts people in your path, that just by knowing them, makes your own life better ten fold. We talked a lot (I drive a truck) and we'd talk about anything from firearms to the latest tactical gear. I'd tell him when 8 was going through major cities and he'd all for pictures of famous landmarks. He loved his Lindsey and Emery, he always had an awesome story to tell and you just loved to listen. We talked about football I'm a Georgia fan and him Tennessee and he'd always give me down the road about how we were horrible and I needed a great big power T in my new house he was working so hard to help me get. In his honor, I'll never mention Tennessee in a bad light again and when we sign on this house. A Tennessee hat will be on my head in honor of him... Rest well bud, the race has been run... Until I see you again dear friend

From the day that Ryan and I met almost 20 years ago we have been the very best of friends. Trying to share a favorite memory that I have would be almost impossible because there are simply so many. Ryan was the kind of friend that was always there when you needed someone to talk too or a shoulder to lean on and I would like to think that I tried to be the same kind of friend for him as well. We loved to pick at each other as getting each other riled up was always something we both enjoyed doing. He always knew just how to get under my skin as I also knew how to get under his. Through the highs and lows of each others lives we were always there for each other. I always turned to Ryan when I needed a friend and he was always there. We shared so many memories that I will never forget. He and i had so many things in common and shared the same thoughts on many things. It is very hard to imagine a life without me being able to pick up the phone and call my buddy for a chat about something important or just nothing but to say hello. Thank you Ryan for being the best friend a man could ask for. I will miss you dearly!

Ryan was one of the best coworkers when we worked at cumberland hall together he was one of kind he worked so well with the kids especially when they were in crisis he truly had a compassionate heart even though he would always give me a hard time about being a bama fan 

We met Ryan through our son.  They were next door neighbors and  he became a great friend to our entire family. Ryan always had a smile for you even on his darkest days.  We witnessed some of his struggles on occasion that he had to endure daily.  Ryan may you rest in peace.  We will miss you.  Much love and prayers for Lindsey and Emery and your family as they begin their journey without you.

I met Ryan in middle school. He was always such a great guy to be around. I also had the pleasure in our teenage years of working with him in the Sears shoe department. 

I ran into him a few months ago, and didn't know if he would even recognize me. He walked right up, and it was like we had never lost touch.  He was such a beautiful person, and was so proud of his daughter (he immediately showed me current pictures).

Ryan, you were one of the good ones and you will be missed deeply by so many.

Ryan always had a knack for making me laugh,and was a friend who was closer to me then a brother! If there was just one word that I could use to describe Ryan, it would be love!! He loved his family, his friends, his country, his Tn Vols, but most of all, Ryan loved God!! Till we meet again..

I was shocked by the news of Ryan’s passing. It’s been a while since we communicated through social media messaging. I’ll always remember Ryan as incredibly sweet and positive from childhood into adulthood. My heart and condolences go out to his wife, daughter, family, and close friends.

Ryan was such a fun, caring, and funny friend, and this is a shocking loss. I am sending love to his wife and daughter and his friends. He will be missed!

There are to many memories for me to share just one... My brother Adam and I grew up with Ryan and we had the best childhood! Ryan you are so loved and will be missed by so many!!! I love you!

Ryan was one of those patients that I felt an instant connection with. He was so strong and brave in the face of such a deadly and unforgiving disease. I'll never forget his warm smile, his optimism and how very much he loved Lindsay and Emery. He lived for them. 

Lindsay, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time. We don't always understand why things happen - we can only trust that God has a plan for us and that this was part of His plan. I know that this doesn't make your grief any easier, but hopefully knowing that Ryan is no longer struggling and is at peace, brings some comfort to you. 

Ryan was such a great guy and will be missed.

I'm heartbroken for myself as well. He wasn't only a patient to me - he was a friend as well.

On behalf of Emory's Pulmonary Hypertension Program - myself, Dr Trammell, Dr Fisher, Trina, Carmen and Jane - as well as my boyfriend, John, who met him once while I was at the hospital, but they became instant friends - our thoughts and prayers are with you. 

Lindsey has been apart of our lives for a long time. We have known her from CVS for many year. We love her family and they are near and dear to our hearts. I know God will guide you through this hard time and greatest blessing to see him again one day. We love you Lindsey and Emmory. Ryan was such a sweet and kind person who never met a stranger.  We love you all. 

I’ll remember the all nighters playing PlayStation as kids, when you learned to drive in the biggest SUV ever made and being terrified in the back seat, fighting over the beds on beach trips, rock climbing trips, jeep rides YELLING ROLL TIDE AT YOUR WEDDING and you always having the new, cool stuff. Rest easy brother! ROLL TIDE AND GO VOLS! It’s their year!

  My deepest condolences to the families (Beach & Harris) in your time of grief and your loss. Its hard to understand at times,but God know what He's doing, His time is always right.

My heart breaks for you. He was a good man! Ryan’s good humor and positive outlook will not be forgotten. 

I've know Ryan since the day he was born. What a wonderful son, husband and father he became.  He was so proud and happy to be a father. We had many great memories of him.   One of my best memories is when he and his friend used to go out on my house boat on Chickamauga Lake.  He was so happy to drive the boat.  He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
