Mrs. Babb was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Wayne Babb, her parents W.G. and Betty Breazeale and her brother, Phil Breazeale.
Surviving is her son, David (Paula) Babb; daughter, Caroline (Tim) Eachus; grandchildren, Chloe and Emily Eachus, and Ashton and Alex Babb; and sister, Sharon Brown.
Sandra was a devoted wife and loving mother. She will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 7th, from 10:30-11:30 am in the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. A graveside service to follow at 11:30 am at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Christopher Sheets officiating.
