Stuart was born in Chattanooga and retired from TVA with over 30 years of service. He was a member of the Soddy Daisy Masonic Lodge # 706 F&AM.
Stuart is survived by Ramona Branham; children, Luke, Jacob, and Andrew Branham and William McKinney; grandchildren, Dillon Eli and Matthew Levi Branham; mother, Katherine Branham; sister, Karan (Danny) Pack and brother, Douglas (Shelia) Branham; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 6 pm on Saturday, February 14, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Sunday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
