Tom Mann

Thomas Gordon Mann, 68, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away Saturday – May 22, 2010, at his home surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Mann.

Tom retired from BASF after 30 years of service and was currently co- owner of Eastern Rivers, Inc., in Chattanooga.

He attended Bayside Baptist Church and was an avid golfer, who enjoyed fishing and spending time at the beach with his family.

Survivors include his wife Carol Mann, of Harrison, TN., daughter, Michelle (Mike) Collier, of Cleveland, TN., two sons, Thomas (Colleen) Mann, Greg Mann, both of Chattanooga, TN., step son, Ronnie (Jenny) Dunn, step daughter, Jill (Greg) Baughn, both of Murfreesboro, TN., seven grandchildren, Drew Collier, Trey Dunn, Macy Collier, Cooper Baughn, Carter Baughn, Abigail Mann, Evalynn Mann, mother, Eva Boyd Mann, of East Ridge, TN., two sisters, Wanda Langston, Memphis, TN., Nancy Emerling, of Chattanooga, TN., two brothers, Mickey (Toni) Mann, of Signal Mountain, TN., Herb (Nancy) Mann, of Jasper, TN., and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday in the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Stitts officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., Monday and 11:00 – 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 822 McCallie Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
